Description
Newly placed construction sites will be turned off.


Mod Options:
Turn Off: Disable this to place buildings normally.
Skip Grids: Don't turn off cables and pipes.
Skip Passages: Don't turn off passages.
Turn Off Buildings: Turn off newly placed buildings.

It'll skip stuff without on/off button. I also made it check for stuff that shouldn't be turned off to be turned on.

There is a funny problem - with buildings start off option depots also start off - and you cant activate them since you cant turn them off normally =)
