Description
Updated for version 2.7.*

This mod skips the early game stage when starting a new game.
When you want a fast game start this mod is for you!

On game start all empires have already grown to their maximum size and defined their borders.
Normal empires get additional resources, science, influence and unity plus 0-3 extra colonies:
Advanced empires get even more additional resources, science, influence and unity plus 3-6 extra colonies, they also have a higher chance to grow bigger.
At all new colonies additional ships will spawn (corvette ships, science ships, construction ships).
All systems within borders already have mining stations for minerals & energy build up.

Mod scripts only run once on game start when you generate a new galaxy.
Savegames created with this mod can be used without the mod afterwards.
Special systems and systems with enemy contacts will not be affected by the border grow script.
The mod adds some random factor to the game as empires can start under better or worse circumstances (empires can have more or less systems and colonies).
Anyway I think that also makes it more interesting.

All mod contents are new additions to the game and don't alter original game files or vanilla definitions.
Everything is balanced and tested.
Optimal code implementation.
No bugs known.
Not ironman compatible (like any other mod that alters gameplay or adds new content).
The mod should be compatible with any other mod.
Works in singleplayer & multiplayer.
Is savegame compatible.

Doesn't work with current version, really needs an update, quick games without this mod are painful.

What happens if you do a start with no AI empires, just a ton of primitive civs?
