NCE for Wear your hats with everything

This is a continuation of the No Cut Efficiency mod to remove cut efficiency from Wear your hats with everything (Gas masks and smaller hats for belt slots), a mod by August.

This mod does not add any clothes or equipment. It only modifies the Cut Efficiency and Cut Resistance of the hats and masks in Wear your hats with everything. As such, make sure you subscribe to that mod here:

Simply place this mod ("NCE for Hats mod.mod") below "Hats.mod" (aka, Wear your hats with everything) in your mod load order. Importing is not required.
