NCE for Black Dragon Ninja Armour

This is a continuation of the No Cut Efficiency mod to remove cut efficiency from Black Dragon Ninja Armour, a mod by Stupendous Man.

This mod does not supply the armor. It only modifies the Cut Efficiency and Cut Resistance of that mod's armors. As such, make sure you subscribe to the armor mod here:

Simply place this mod below Black Dragon Ninja Armour in your mod load order. Importing is not required.

The following are my measurements and calculations in case anyone wants to double check them. (Note: The number in parenthesis is how it should appear in-game as Kenshi rounds them up or down.)
