A semi-realistic depiction of Provincetown, MA (http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/) with mostly accurate streets names and locations. Uses MANY assets and was created using my street map of Provincetown. This map is a direct height and street map from OPEN STREET MAPS. (Meaning some roads don't import properly. Many things have been fixed from the base map. There's a TIMED TRAFFIC LIGHT that is accurate to real life and may cause frame rate issues. I used as many vanilla assets as possible for the actual landmarks and have labeled EVERYTHING I could. This is a WIP and I am open to suggestions. The City has 28k Population which is realistic on any given summer night. The BUS is the only transit and though the lines are accurate, the number of buses is not, this is to help with traffic. The tourist demand and attractiveness is high and many attractions function as they do in real life. The amusement park is not real but there used to be a carnival with rides that visited town. The ferry system is meant to simulate the whale watching tours and should function the way it does in real life. The unemployment is high and that is also how it is in real life, without demand master you will have abandoned houses and/or high turnover of buildings with auto bulldoze. The town is HEMORRHAGING money and this is also how it is in real life, (JAB) due to the antiquated government structure and lack of a permanent mayor.(Town Manager)(JAB)

Your mission as mayor should you choose to accept:
1: Balance the budget without destroying the natural beauty of the protected lands. (UPPERCUT)
2: Fix traffic without completely overhauling the city. (Roundhouse)
3: Avoid using high density zoning due to soft sandy soil. (Provincetown is basically a sandbar) (JAB)
4: Don't use underground Mass Transit for the same reason as objective 3. (FINISH HIM!!!)
5: Don't rage quit and wash the city away in a tidal wave of anger as so many REAL town managers have before you.(FATALITY..... ninja wins!)

Again WIP, and some roads aren't EXACTLY accurate, it's a game.
