Snowside Valley

Description
A short, simple Time Rift about a town that's been covered in snow.
My submission for the Temperature Modding Jam.

Credit to PastaPillows for the office building model.

@Chadzyn. Here is a tip, enable the regular M+K camera with a controller in the options menu when playing a workshop map. The community tends to have the worst camera angles and camera jumps/bumps for controller as most of them play with Keyboard and Mouse.

But thankfully the game gives you the option to have the same camera controls as Keyboard+Mouse but on the controller.

Good looking environment but platforming leaves much to be desired. Half of the level was waiting for the 2 moving platforms and shortly after it was done. On the side note, it was painful to play with a controller - the game doesn't allow to point the camera that high up.

I enjoyed the atmosphere the introduction this level had, really piqued my interest for the way it was all buried in snow. The rest of the blue rift parts were nice too, a tad disappointed the level ended so soon but I like what's there! By the way, what's the music used in this level? It really helped to lend to the feeling the environmental parts of the level that were shown in the beginning.

Did you intend for this rift to feel post-apocalyptic? Because boy does it feel that way.

This has the same problem as a few other challenge road rifts where the camera just jumps all over the place and teleporting as it keeps pumping against the spike of the turning blocks which for some reason are set as being able to collide with the camera. But aside from that, it was pretty well designed and cozy.

What an ending to the 4-level challenge road!

Loved the eerie but pretty aesthetic! Just wish it was longer and utilised the built environment as part of the platforming instead of climbing up the hill with rift parts at the end.

Just played this as part of the challenge rift! It's such an amazing looking level! :)

This Time Rift has a nice aesthetic, to the point it actually looks like a normal level rather than a Time Rift! I am curious about that big electronic poster, though. This Time Rift was a bit short, but that is easily forgiven for how good and sweet it is. Nice job!

Really great visually. A bit short though.
If you wanted to make me look forward to Clocktower City more, you succeeded I guess :P
