Hard Earned Districts - Shay Patch

This mod expands hero tags for both the Exorcist and Keeper class mods so that they are linked to two districts just like how it's done in the Hero Expansion of Hard Earned Districts. There is also a brand new district exclusive to this mod.

This mod does not require Hard Earned Districts but it is highly recommended that you install it because this mod was balanced around having that installed.

+1 Speed if Stress above 25
-10% Stress
-10% Stress if Stress above 50
+10% Stress Healing
+10% Stress Healing if Stress above 75

1. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.
