Quote's Hat

Here's a simple hat mod of Quote's hat from Cave Story! It is just a Sprint Hat flair. I do plan on updating the mod later on to have Dye support!

This model is made by a Japanese user, Sprishri - who also goes by the name IVatu. Special credit goes to them. They actually have their own website, so go check it out!
