Description
1 Lane Highway road sunk 8m below the terrain with built in sidewall and automatic transition to surface level roads.

- The upgrade tool unfortunately places the road surface at ground level and you will end up with 8.5m high walls. You have to demolish and rebuild your highways (sorry) or use the MoveIt mod to lower it.
- Only works between 0 and 8m elevations, if you want to raise the sidewall above the surface a bit (for FineTools users), tunnel and elevated modes are disabled.

How the sidewall shows up is controlled by conditional "flags" and depends on how the road is connected, please read the points below to avoid issues.

- Please place the sunken highway first then connect a road to the end to create the automatic transition down correctly. Connecting to a road already placed will transition the sunken highway up and the sidewall will rise above the surface.
- Transitions from sunken highway to other roads must be on a continuous stretch to show correctly. (One way in, one way out of the connection node)
- Junctions splitting off from the sunken highway will only look right when using another sunken highway type. Please use at least one segment of sunken highway before transitioning to another road type to make the sidewall appear correctly when making intersections.
- Changing to a different sunken highway on a continuous stretch counts as a one way in/out node and the sidewall will not show correctly. Please keep all segments between junctions the same.
