Red Moon Inn is also a Tavern

This mod grants the unique Empire Ubersreik Landmark "Red Moon Inn" the attributes of a Rank 3 Tavern building (recruitment of a Witch Hunter, increased recruitment rank for Witch Hunters in the province by +2 and +6 Public Order) in addition to the other benefits the Landmark previously granted (+1 Untainted, +1 Public Order and the 5 heroes in the garrison).

It does nothing else.
