Razordon Reload Buff

In the 8th Edition Lizardmen Armybook, Razordons have an ability called Instinctive Defence which forces them to stand and fire at enemies charging them. As suggested by the Loremaster of Sotek, this mod gives them the ability to reload faster when enemies are nearby instead, hopefully allowing them to get another volley off just before they get charged.

A small little buff but hopefully enough to make them a bit more worthwhile to have.
