That is just a wish, cause I still thoroughly enjoy just playin' around, trying to go online, getting my ass beat by someone playing Sol Badguy lol. Nobody said getting to the Number 1 rank would be easy.
Yeah he has a single hit jab instead of the common 3-hit one but he can still kinda link it into his tilts. Its a universal rivals mechanic

Power Wise Travis is indeed probably on the lower half of strength of most competitive roster he might himself into, and im still willing to further tweak and patch him.
However, a sad true is that i dont get much detailed feedback on his current strength so i just get by my own experience and some simple numeric references.
Im interested to hear what kind of buffs you would give to him :]
