Behemoth Rebalance

Description
A general behemoth rebalance to make them more needed and less confusing.

Changes:
  • Citadel Techs are now exclusive like the other behemoth Tier 5 techs
  • Behemoth Research doesn't add to the main total technologies counter (it doesn't increase research cost), and now has it's own separate technology counter.
  • All 3 Behemoth types have been merged into one type capable of doing it all
  • Terraforming is only available via Behemoths now (except for Riftborn)
  • Behemoth Climateology technologies have been merged with other techs

Hey Cap, is there a way to get this to play nice with drew_west’s “Heroes of Endless Space with Minor Civs”? As is, this mod seems to override whatever gives you more than one starting hero.

There seems to be an adjustment missing for the starting with behemoth trait:
The ship design definition SupportJuggernaut could not be found in the database.

forget the name, but it's the one that was originally next to the behemoth terraforming tech. I think it;s the first major terraforming tech on t3

The Nakalim Questline has a choice which involves having the player research climate changing techs this mod removes. Granted, its one choice of a possible 3, all 3 have the same reward and one of the choices is just passing a law to insta win, but I thought I'd mention it.
