Oh, I just found them in the dyes menu. I just had to check what "pink, blue, and yellow actually were. i didn't notice them since i have so many dyes at this point and they weren't labelled as being the pastel ones, Haha!

It's possible, it is outdated. It's been a long time since I've worked on anything a hat in time, check to make sure you don't just have to get them from the gashapon machine
