Description
An IZHMASH AK-9 compact rifle fitted with a PBS-1 suppressor and a stock pad, ported from Kali's massive AK variants prop pack for Gmod[forum.facepunch.com].

Developed by IZHMASH, the AK-9 is a 9x39mm compact rifle based off the "hundred series" of AK assault rifles that was produced in response for calls on a new primary weapon for Russian special forces units. Thus, being in direct competition with other 9x39mm rifles such as the AS VAL and 9A-91.

- Adjusted view model muzzle flash effect for suppressor
- Insurgency AK handling sounds
- Иavaяо's AK firing sounds
- Cele's AS VAL animations (sightly modified by me for the AK slot)

That happens when the same smd/dmx is loaded in a qc multiple times. Make duplicates of the file and load them individually.

Thanks for the feedback. The screenshot previews I take are usually all in default FOV of 51 units, hence the reason it’s so close up to the camera (though I tend to play on FOV 70). I did attempt to change the animation origin but encountered a minor bug where the rifle would “teleport” slightly between the deploy and idle animations upon compiling. I ultimately decided to keep its initial origin.

Move the weapon a bit further away from the camera, it's hard to show off the details and unique design and shape of the weapon when it's so close up all you can see is the spine.
