A single dye mod that also changes hat kid's cape to match the color of the timestop hat's visor!

Now that I think about it, I'd be cool if there was a mod that changes the color palette of Hat Kid's whole outfit along with the hat, kind of like MegaMan.

e.g.: with the Ice Hat, her outfit changes to light blue and white, with the Sprint Hat it changes to tones of red, and with the Time Stop Hat it changes to something like this dye.
