And @Kazat0, yes, you could. And not just hypothetically. Though you would get the inbred trait a ton still unless you remove it with another mod, since this mod doesn't change the inbred trait at all.
It could be those atrocious events in the game that sometimes fire, that feed your wife chickenfeet or something stupid like that.
I can't do anything about those events as I dont edit any game files.
But your understanding is correct. And that means my mod is not causing the clubfoots.
It could ALSO be that you are using incompatible mods. Sometimes if a mod adds more traits it can cause these issues with improved genetics.
