Description
Darlings and gentelmen, Welcome to the First annual New Hat City Festival!


This is a mod that draws major inspiration from the New Donk City Festival from Super Mario Oddysey and is also my entry for the 2019 retro themed modding jam!


Note: I don't reccomend using the camera badge since it hecks up the whole 2D thing.

i think its broken

whenever i start the map the camera is just locked on grooves the whole time

I liked it, but I wish there was something that explained those bubble platforms since I don't recall them at all in the base game so they were completely foreign to me. Aside from that, the camera stuttered a lot trying to keep the 2D angle, and the fire part took a big hit on my low-end PC.

Still, I really enjoyed my time despite those flaws!
