For everyone asking about the "Anime Girl" Storyteller It is from an amazing mod called RatkinPlus.
I use it in almost every new game, not only for the cute ratgirl faction but it also add much more.

According to your font package tutorial, there is only one myassetbundle file in it, and it doesn't work after it is put into the theme

글꼴 패 킷 튜 토리 얼 에 따라 만 들 어 졌 으 며, 마 이 스 틴 파일 이 하나 뿐 이 며, 테마 에 넣 어도 효과 가 없습니다.
