Harridan- thank you for the constructive feedback! OKW has the same number of units in the HQ, but it feels more restrictive for Japan. The faction wasn't designed like this originally, and I could certainly see the early techs getting reorganized again. It was mentioned on discord that 7.7mm feels too must-pick at the moment as well. Late game AT has been a struggle to balance, because buffing only one unit might make it too important. Gyokusai and the Coordinated Strike Zone are tricky to use. I've been looking at adding a late-game global upgrade, but haven't settled on the design. I also want Japanese infantry squads to keep more power as they lose soldiers.
