"Francis, is there anything you don't hate?!"

"You know what I don't hate? The Tunnel Snakes. Tunnel Snakes rule!"

Getting tired of being cooped up in the corridors of Vault 4, Francis decided it was time to hit the wasteland to stretch his legs, fire off some lead, and maybe get into a bar fight or two. When he isn't scamming traders out of their chems and alcohol, spraypainting the walls of NCR official buildings, or playing caravan with dusty brahmin farmers, Francis can typically be found purging ghouls from the land. Armed with an arrangement of guns, improvised tools, and re-purposed bludgeoning weapons, Francis found that the thrill of blowing feral ghouls to chunks of irradiated meat was his true calling.

Includes melee attachment, bile texture, and of course the iconic Tunnel Snake jacket that we all only pretended to not like. Oh, and a pipboy that glows in the dark. And it supports head/hair/eye reskins.
