I understand if no one cant
Sure thing. Add me if you want the source files, I still have them in their raw, uncompiled state.
Just the moddb page off the project! Best regards , solved.

at first i rushed writing the replacements which is disrespectful of an author's work. i went back into the add-on and took my time converting the names as logical as i could. for example, female_suit/female_formal etc. i also accepted not everything could have a logical conversion or else work from the original mod might not get used in l4d1, so i took this into account to make sure all work gets added.
i then made a .ahk script based on that conversion logic which is now shared over all the common/uncommon add-ons i've made, which is why some of the earlier add-ons have a "conversion update" comment on them.
the .ahk script copies a l4d2 filename from "C:/Users/0/Desktop/root/models/infected" and pastes it into "C:/Users/0/Desktop/root0/models/infected", renaming them to the l4d1 filename using the function "FileCopy". all i have to do then is compile and the add-on is made quick, clean, and with a proper logic shared throughout all the add-ons for consistency.
