Greatly increased movement points on engine and fleet engine modules.
Old Values: (2,3,5,4,6) (1,2,3)
New Values: (4,6,10,8,12) (2,4,6)

Also doubles movement bonus from quest reward engine modules.

not an issue with this mod, just that particular quest engine

works great. due to how certain quest modules works and stack can be exploited.
