Better Bloodskal Blade

Description
This mod enhances the Bloodskal Blade added to the game via the Dragonborn DLC. The mod increases the swing speed of the blade, increases the energy blast's damage to 40 and adds the stagger effect to the energy blast.

*Requires Dragonborn DLC* (Obviously.)

This mode broke my skyrim somehow. Now it refuses to start, I know its this mod because It only stopped working after I subbed and reloaded skyrim. Look through the files to see if anything could have caused this.

Even if there is a mod that allows you to craft it, only the sword received from the quest has a properly working energy blast.
