Mitzruti's Perk Pack

Description
Contains an awful lot of perks I've built. Combination of things built on vanilla perks, ports of grimy's perks and some new ones using what I've learned from other perkwork.

some of these can show up as AWC skills. If you don't want that happening, check this mods's XComMZPerkPack.ini and set AllowCrossClassAbilities to false.

I do intend to add more, eventually.

GrimyBunyip is the original author of the Grimy perks. (although some have been competely rewritten and don't use the original code)
IsmsRogue ability set is a port of Isms' Rogue Class' abilities. Several were completely rewritten, especially the focus skills.
Bioelectric skin is originally by Musashi, ported as a Gene Mod.
Spider Climb and Memetic Skin are originally by Reality Machina, ported as Gene Mods
there are also a few effects/etc using modified code from other modders.

Known Issues:
-some knockbacks allow you to push around enemys that seem like they should be immune, but aren't. blame firaxis.
-Blast Wave lies about how far it can reach. It's 9 tiles, as far as a blue move, not off the screen.
-Blitz Attack/Macabre Waltz won't trigger some chasers (ex. Secondary Slash when dual wielding) on their primary target.
-LWOTC nukes psiamp's extra damage array from orbit, so a lot of psi abilities will do no damage unless you readd the appropriate entries in it.

-AML will report a MCO conflict with ABA, MOCX, anything else that uses the X2Action_MoveClimbWall thing. It's a false positive, and can be safely ignored.

Hey there! I was directed to mention this bug in the Mitzruti's Perk Pack. It applies to the Aegis Desire perk. It doesn't seem to trigger. Someone pointed out the template trigger probably has a typo in it, as it says "MZSAegisDesireTrigger".

I have an issue with MZPetrifyBlood
when the mission is completed i get excellent even though it was a flawless mission.

I see a comment by jrikacz i think its talking about the same thing. However my soldier doesnt get wounded. it just says so in the end screen but he is not injured per say, can go to next mission no problem.

Its an issue because i use the flawless missions give rewards kinda mods

I have a Question:
Does "MZFinalBlow - direct attacks on low hp enemys automatically crit" this Perk means with direct attacks Melee Attacks?

They are, though you'd need the actual Gene Mods mod to be able to apply them as such. Some classes (and Amalgamation specializations) also use them as abilities directly.

(they're technically just abilities internally)

well, it's not the intention. just a side effect of HP debuffs that's tricky to work around.

I doubt that's actually intended, likely just another case of setting HP being a confusing mess that's very easy to not get 100% right.
