Halo Unique Units - Scorpion

Description
"Tank beats everything!"
Adds a new unique unit - the Scorpion Tank - to my previous United Nations Space Command Civilization.

The Scorpion Tank is a powerful Modern Armor replacer that is much stronger than its vanilla counterpart, with 130 points of Combat Strength rather than 100, allowing it to face the enemies of the UNSC with ease and come out on top in any combat engagement. This power does come at a hefty price, paying for this strength in its speed and its cost to build. For starters, the Scorpion Tank suffers from a Strategic Resource cost of 2 Aluminum rather than 1, and it also has a slightly increased Production cost, making it a much more difficult Unit to mass-produce for the UNSC's armies under normal circumstances. In addition, it only receives four points of Movement rather than five, hampering its mobility and making it slower on the battlefield. Even so, the Scorpion Tank is still a formidable beast of an armored Unit - so long as the UNSC has the resources to build it.

@One5e
Definitely makes sense, but I was thinking that taking pictures of the Halo Reach versions of all three would make for consistency in the unit icons. Definitely an idea worth considering though.

The rockethog locks to enemy aircraft, and it may be cool if you do the unit icons from when they were introduced, ie; CE warthog, H2 Gausshog, and Reach Rockethog

Here's an interesting question - should the icons for all the Warthogs be taken in Halo: Reach for consistency? Or is it okay for the Rockethog icon to be from Halo: Reach and for the others to be from Halo 3?

I know that RPGs do, I'd say Yeah though

It looks like the Warthogs are going to be delayed a little bit. Turns out I want to figure out exactly how good each variant is in combat, so I can balance the unique units accordingly.

Like for example, the Gausshog sounds like it'd be most effective against vehicles, but it can also shoot Banshees right out of the sky...

Also, does the Rockethog in Reach lock on to enemy aircraft?

I'll need to answer these and other questions in order to start making the Warthogs.

Is he not already a spy name? Oops, I think I remember just having Spartan characters as spy names. Sorry.

Warthog unique units have just entered production by the way. Should be ready in a few days depending on how hard I work. :D

Also, you need to add Sargent Johnson as a general
