Step on a bunch of floor panels. Be chased by a bunch of Express Owls.

1: Get to the end normally.

2: Step on every floor panel, and then go back to the start.

The owls seem to cluster on top of each other. I believe you may have set every owl to follow just Hat Kid and not each other. I would try making all but one owl follow each other in a linear train for a replication of the Owl train that gives the level challenge. Otherwise a cool idea for a level.
