Happy to help. To this day I am still looking for an answer as to why the refract ain't working for others if it's anything on my end I will fix it.
Alright, I guess I have to learn more about refract. Thanks for the help
Unfortunately I don't know of any videos to do with refract so the only place I know of with any knowledge of refract is here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Refract .
I didn't really use that site for getting the refract to work. I only managed to achieve refract by looking at other models with the working refract effect and copy most of their codes over.
In the end the effects I've put on these models do work just for some reason it don't work for everyone I always suspect it's somehow a issue on their end that not everyone has.
Don't worry it's perfectly normal. The first skin on the model has a basetexture but as all the other skins have a refract shader they don't need a basetexture.
