Description
Assets and Prop/decal packs which I've copied locally because I only want some of them. Having too many similar props/decals makes it much harder to find the nice ones with Find It or BOB.

Last updated in July 2024

NOTES:
  • See my complete collection for all mods and assets I use(d).
  • I used Home of Chamëleon TBN only as a base for my Render It settings and unsubscribed it after importing them. I don't use the map theme.
  • Parklife Paths as Roads: I skipped both Zoo Park Roads, which both have very large 792 and 2064 triangles LOD meshes. I kept the others, which require Parklife DLC.
  • Gateless Entrances Parklife Paths as Roads: I skipped the Zoo Park gates, as they require the Zoo Park Roads from the Parklife Paths as Roads pack. I kept the others, which require Parklife DLC.
  • French Houses: These give "duplicate asset name" errors and only one of the variants of each house can be found with Find It. I kept one variant of each, the smaller #2 (because I don't have a lower level 4x2), smaller #7 (because of the fence, see below) and the larger ones for the rest.
  • Half Timbered House 4, 5, 7: I only kept the residential ones.
  • JP Yakiniku Restaurant: I skipped the 'naked' unique building variant.
  • Modern Dutch appartment 1: I only kept the red brick variety.
  • Modern Dutch midrise 8: I only kept the red brick variety. This can't upgrade, because I don't have a level 5 of the same size.
  • Modern Warehouse Pack: I kept #5 and #6. Warehouse #4 has a layout that I don't like. These require Industries DLC.
  • Hotel pack: The Ritz Carlton Spa has a very large 1078 vertices LOD mesh, so I skipped that. I skipped a few others because I don't like the looks, especially with the lack of props and trees. I kept Huntington Beach Inn, La Quinta Inn, Hampton Inn, Hyatt Place Coconut Point, Ramada, Monte Carlo, Altair Bay, Carillon and Waldorf. These require Hotels & Retreats DLC.
  • Japanese Parking Garage: I kept the regular ones and skipped the "naked" ones.
  • Modern Indian Cims: Pensioner Male has some broken animations with limbs going everywhere, so I skipped him and kept the other 13.
  • European Curtain Side Trailer Pack 2: I only kept Bring and DB Schenker, because I want postal brands only for postal vehicles. These require Industries DLC.
  • Freightwaves Cargo Aircraft Pack: I only kept the Boeing 767 and DC-10, because the others have very large 774 to 936 triangles LOD meshes.
  • Airport Surveillance Radar: I only kept the Aviation Obstruction Lights prop, which is used in JP Control Tower, and the EffectsDefinitions.xml file. I don't use the radar towers themselves and don't want them cluttering my toolbar.
  • American Red Cross Vehicle Props: I only kept the Escape and Sprinter, for detailing.
  • Cyperus: I only kept the tree, because the two props have very large 512x512 LOD textures and very large 692 and 1226 triangles LOD meshes. These are used in several residential lots by Smilies.
  • Decals - Pack: I use a subset for detailing: Bike 2, Bike Arrow 2, Bike Single, Bus Lane, Bus Stop, Bus Taxi, Bus Tram, Keep Clear, No Stopping, Slow, Tram Lane and Tram Stop Vertical.
  • FEMA Emergency Management Vehicle Prop Pack: I only kept both F250 and the Mobile Command prop in Closed, Driving and U variants, for detailing.
  • Fences & Gates: I skipped Gate 04, which has a very large 652 triangles LOD mesh and Fence 04. These two are only used in the bigger French House 7, which I skipped (see above).
  • Garden Prop Pack 02: I kept all except the Patio Swing, which has a very large 512x512 LOD texture. These are used in several residential lots by Smilies.
  • Japanese road markings: I use the Wrong Way for detailing.
  • KL Residential Props: I only need the utility meter, for Pier 1 Imports and University City Level 5. The Random Security Doors is broken (NullReferenceException) and should not be kept in game.
  • Market Tents Prop Pack: I only need Tent 3 for Easy Organic Pack 1 and 2. Tent 1 and 2 have the same asset name, which gives an error and makes one of them unavailable in game. This needs Green Cities DLC.
  • More Markings Pack: I use the Triangle Large and 3x Triangle Small for detailing.
  • Parking Lines Plus: I only need the Mark Only, Small End, White Corner C and White Round E for Commercial parking-lot 6x4, Grosser Taxistand and Parking-zone 10x2.
  • Plastic Tables and Chairs: I skipped the Park versions and only kept the regular props, which are used in Modern Duplex Pack and Highrise Condo 106m
  • Prague Curb: I only need the 1x-TC, 4xTC and 8xTC for the French Houses.
  • Regis High School: I only need the Ladder and Lighting props for 1321 East 56th Street and 733 Park Avenue. The school asset has very large 512x512 LOD textures.
  • Roadway Suburbia Prop Pack: I only kept the Drive-In and Driveway props, which are used in several residential lots by Smilies.
  • Ryde Airport Services Passenger Stair Cars Large: I only kept the Parked, WB and A350 props for detailing. I don't need the vehicle, and the other props all have very large 1000 vertices LOD meshes.
  • Ryde Airport Services Pushback Tugs Pack: I only kept the props for detailing and skipped the bus vehicles.
  • Set of Single Island Train Station Track: I only kept the ground track, because the elevated is not used. The ground track has a very large 1024 triangles LOD mesh.
  • Set of Dual Island Platform Station Tracks: I only kept the ground track, because the elevated is not used. Ground track has very large 832 and 1472 triangles LOD meshes.
  • Set of Bypass Station Tracks: I only kept the ground track and the powerline, because the elevated is not used. Ground track has very large 1024 and 1536 triangles LOD meshes.
  • UK road markings: I use the No Entry for detailing.
  • I also have local copies of the no longer available Hedge Darker 1x4 Prop (424004231) and Hedge Ivy Darker Prop (419582944), which are used in several parks by core79.
  • I also have a local copy of the no longer available Roundabout Chevron LHD Prop (423847800), which is used in several roundabout decorations (parks) by Elias.
