Adds:
- Cheat Traits Giving All Sorts of Bonuses For Custom Empires
- Unlocked Minor Faction Citizens Traits
- Removed Custom Trait and Population Point Limits
- Make A Request if you want a Particular Feature Added

Dude, your "mod" is just a copy-paste of the REAL mod, take it down.

-Work with Hissho and/or add Hissho heroes.

-Choose to have any of the default unique planets (which are automatically allocated to Real Major factions) for Custom factions, and allow the name of planegt to be rewritten/renamed, to make it more "custom" to the user.
