@tamck if you want to keep the houses from being abandoned, then use a mod that disables buildings from being abandoned. idk about the disappearing tho

Love this asset, but is always becoming abandoned/randomly disappearing from map.

I really wish these had more households. They are basically 3 houses, but there is only 1 household.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: C:SL needs a medium density zone for residential and commercial. Great asset donoteat keep up the amazing work!

These are gorgeous! I will second the kinda-sorta suggestion from chris_soult about the households. Have you considered releasing these as high-density residential buildings?

Not exactly what I meant, I was referring to the description on the small version of these, it said you were planning on making corner pieces. I just assumed you meant you were working on corner buildings in the same style as these.

Smacking a boxy corner store on the end of them wouldn't look too bad though regardless.

i could maybe slap some windows on the side of one if that's what ya mean

usually there's just a boxy shop on the corner though

Are the corner pieces for these rowhomes still in the works? I've been refraining from using these excellent buildings until those are released, so I felt the need to ask.

@donoteat gotcha. Any chance you come out with a high density version for your Franklin series, once you get into the "urban decay" phase of the city's history? :)
