Fueled Nuclear Power Generators

Description
This mod adds three advanced RTG (Radioisotope thermoelectric generator) power sources. They use Uranium as its fuel requirement and produces a steady amount of power and ambient heat.

There are three versions producing 25kW, 4.5kW, and 1.5kW. They are balanced using a number of different metrics: power density, $/kW, and $/kWh. The largest and most advanced generators replaces the nuclear generator from sd Advanced Power Generation and adds a slow fuel consumption, as would happen in real life as uranium degrades. instead of paying 250 uranium up front, you fill it with uranium as fuel every few years. This way the generator is not an inexhaustible power source, which I thought was a bit cheaty. If you compare to the original mod, instead of 250 uranium up front, you pay for it over about 15 years.

This mod is intended to be used alone, without the original RTG mod.
***SD Advanced Power Generation Required.***

Credit to ItchyFlea, siso, and sulusdacor for making the original mod. I wanted to incorporate the fuel system in this so the uranium didn't last forever, so I did some rough calculations based on uranium energy density, real life ASRGs, and how the game handles wood and chemfuel, and rebalanced them.
