While the Promaster box ambulance is more in use by fire departments and the like, AMR does have one example in service. The box van ambulance is rapidly losing popularity in America, though paramedics like the spaciousness of the interior compartment.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set paramedic/ambulance vehicles types for your hospitals and clinics.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
