Description
Imperial Guard Issue Las-Rifle.
Hand-held for your Imperial guardsman's pleasure.

Notes: This is experimental.
ADS (Aim down sights) looks nearly 'perfect' (minor clip)
However, in my spending of 1-2 hours, I couldn't get it held worth a damn in 3rd person.
Nor when not in ADS - If anyone figures out What in the dark abyssal pits, is over-ridding or controls postions, I will use this information to properly fix the weapon holding issues.

(As Handitem certainly has a lot of useless entries given Nothing actually affected anything past hand-positions)

Vanilla rifles 1-2 shot light armor in small-grid.

Unless I have creative mode things that increase the damage of weapons, this thing needs some balancing because this thing can destroy a small light armour block within 8 shots and a large light armour block within 40. It also can kill wolves at most ranges within 8 shots. Unless I did something in creative mode that messed up something.
