Charnwood Rowhouses by Khrysler

Baltimore-styled old brick rowhouses, one with faux stone wall which is used to be a sign of wealth among working class. This is a variation to Dartwood Rowhouses. it's a mixture of rowhouses can be found in Philadelphia (Back) and Baltimore (Front).

Asset Info:

Growable - 1x3 - Level 3 Low Density Residential Building
MODEL - 685 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (d,c,i,n,s,a)
LOD - 52 triangles with 128x128 textures (d,c,i,s)

Hey khrysler, do you think you'd be interested in making the more Baltimore-style rowhomes? I was thinking the kind that have built in porch with the awning.

these and your other rowhouses dont show up in the building themes settings, now i gotta copy and paste :(

Hey, sorry for the incredibly basic question, but I've read the tutorial you linked to, but can't seem to get these awesome rowhomes to spawn/grow. Wondering if I'm thinking of the orientation incorrectly.

When you say 1 x 3, do you mean 1 space wide and 3 spaces deep (from the road), or 1 space deep (from the road) and 3 spaces wide?

I grew up in one of these houses and can't wait to see them spawn in my city!

absolutely love your work. really helps me when building a Philadelphia style city. What I'd love to see in the future is the style of row homes where the windows are popping out of the front. I looked at these 'n thought they reminded me of Hampden in Baltimore, cool to see something in the workshop inspired by my hometown!
