Hi there!

This is the Vanguard I main battle tank.
It´s a heavily armored ground vehicle for only one pilot.
The Vanguard is userfriendly and performs very well for a tank in SE.
Huge thanks to Whiplash and MMaster for their incredible scripts, which allow us to build cool stuff!

|Tips|
-
To pick up speed quick without spinning the wheels continously, turn off the Skid Steering Script in the second toolbar and increase the friction of the wheels with the button next to it.
-
To enter the Vanguard without a jetpack at hand you can jump onto the little steps on the sideskirts and spam W to get onto the hull. The cockpit is hidden underneath the turret and is accesible through a hatch in the turret or from the sides when the turret is turned too far.

Also when turning the turret 180 degrees, you need to raise the main gun a bit so it can clear the engine compartment.

When driving on blocks you have to press W or S in order to use the skid steering.

- 23mm automated Turret (OKI Weapons Pack)

- 4 Cameras (front, back, gunsight, turret)

- Warning System scanning for unknown objects within 50m vicinity

- Connectors on the bottom and rear of the hull

- Parachutes for deployment from dropships

- 4 Projectors for hull and turret repair, one as a directional marker for the hull and one as a gunsight

- Info-LCDs (MMaster´s Automated LCDs 2)

If you´re playing in creative, it should always reload itself, in survival the gun should reload automatically as long as it has access to the ammunition it needs. You can use the container on the gun to fill up the ammo storage.

It´s actually a good question, I´ve checked and there´s no you can´t reload. xD Been quite a while since I build this and I never noticed that. I always used it in creative. I´ll update this now (even though this BP is quite old), thanks for pointing it out! :)

this probably seems like a stupid question but how do you load the main gun
ps. i love German vehicles too.

It is. I like to look at real-life vehicles and base my vehicles off of them. And I tend to use german vehicles for that because I like their looks. :)

I noticed a large resemblance between your creations and modern german armored vechicles. for example : your Warden I greatly resembles a panzerhaubitze 2000, and your vanguard MBT's greatly resemble Leopard 2's. Is this intentional ? (

Der Pojektor in SE unterstützt leider nur das Grid, auf welchem er sich auch befindet. Also braucht man, um den Turm darzustellen, einen extra Projektor im Turm selber. Ich werde den demnächst hinzufügen und den Blueprint updaten. :)

Hallo, ich bräuchte Hilfe. Wenn ich die Blaupause im Projektor auswähle, wird mir das Hologramm ohne Turm angezeigt. Dachte wenn ich es trotzdem baue kommt es aber es wird auch ohne Turm gebaut. Das Problem habe ich auch bei anderen Blaupausen. Was mache ich falsch?
