If anyone can point me to more traits that aren't working as advertised, with the name included, please let me know.
Good job but consider this:
You should rename the "trait_level_effects" table in your mod into something unique (can be whatever, just add a prefix or something) plus you should delete all the lines in the table that you didn't modify. Leave only those you did modify.
This way you only replace the modified lines and you dont replace the whole "trait_level_effects" table unnecessarily.
Also, do this practice with all your future mods.

What's really unfortunate, imo, is that this problem was mentioned in Oct 2013 in CA's forum, and it was never fixed.
