Description
Typically, deconstructing a building or facility refunds roughly 75% of the raw materials that went into building it.

Originally the base code for Rimworld limited what would drop upon deconstruct. Specifically it ate one piece of each resource used in the construction of a building. This code has been fixed, thus in reality this mod should be called 100 Percent.

You will be refunded all invested resources upon deconstruction of something.

HUGE thanks to BrokenValkyrie on the Ludeon forums for showing me the right way and writing the Harmony patch.

Seems to work fine in 1.3, not sure if D9 Framework needs to be in as well but I have both, and get 100% deconstruct back.

Yeah, doesn't seem to work anymore. It's more like 110%, as I was getting back *more* than I put in.
