Description
Adds the Konbaung Dynasty of Burma (Third Burmese Empire) into Civilization V. Requires BNW.

Leader Name: Alaungpaya

UA: Leadership of the First Quality: Great People that end their turn in cities provide boosts to their respective yield. If there is a Former Palace, you can station a Great Person permanently for a boost.

UU: Mingala Cannons (Cannon)- When stationed in a city with an Old Palace or on a Great Person tile improvement, receive +2 Great Person Points corresponding to the improvement or the Great Person stationed in the city's Old Palace.

UB: New Palace - Unlocked with Civil Service. When built, moves the Palace to this city and turns the previous Palace into a Former Palace. The new Palace provides the same yields as a normal palace and +1 extra culture than the previously built Palace.

Former Palace: The old palace is transformed into this when a new Palace are created. Produces + 2 Production, + 2 Gold, + 1 Culture and provides +1 Tourism at Architecture.

Stationing a Great Person permenantly in a Former Palace provides the following:

o +10% Culture
• Great Engineer/General/Admiral
o +10% Production
• Great Merchant
o +15% Gold
• Great Scientist
o +5% Science
• Great Prophet
o +10% Faith

@Furin That's not possible. The New Palace is a wonder that can only be built in a city without a Former Palace. This also means you can't simultaneously complete two New Palaces.

I didn't consider conquest, but I just tested all the possibilities. The new capital counts as an original capital until you build another new palace in a new city. Upon conquest, it will move to another city like any normal civ and the former palace, if there was one, is overwritten with a palace. If you change the capital whilst your "original" capital is conquered, you won't gain your palace back when you reconquer it.
