Also slightly increases the yield of Essence leeching modules.

Hi, Im a big fan of this mod, but I think that it has a problem. The boost of food makes food improvements irrelevant, because the population will almost always grow at a rate of 1 per turn. Could you make a mod equal to this, but without the boost to the food?
