Your localization.int file is either missing or incorrectly set up. The name of the dye comes up as random characters.

looks good from the thumbnail image, but kind of annoying that you can only get it with the roulette. It makes perfect sense, but the Roulette is already 'hey, get lucky'.

I have been using the hat in time mod editor and using notepad++ to modify values

If you don't mind me asking, what program or tutorial did you use to make your dye. I have been trying to make my own all day but yet it doesn't seem to work.

I'd rename it from skin to dye, since there are actual skin mods

its dangerous to go alone! this mod makes it so that its still dangerous, but least fashionable!
