You must go:
Men of War Assault Squad 2/resource/entity/e1.pak/ and replace folder with identical names and you must edit localisation in .def files. And you must know you won't be able to play at multi

Only ediotr, doesn't replace vanilia skins.

@Belarus-Chan I suppose yes. But you must have active mod with new face (for expample valour or robz or you must have face textures in \resource\texture\common\humanskin\
