Description
Residentials inspired by my walk to work. Largely these are representations of actual residentials you'll find in Charlottetown. P.E.I., Canada. Some are based on actual homes, while others will be similar to actual homes (or referenced) but tweaked for gameplay. There's some Newfie stuff thrown in there too because, let's face it, Newfoundlanders are the best people on Earth. Also, I will likely draw on some buildings in the more picturesque parts of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick - or at least try to emulate some of the features found in buildings in those places. I've spent quite a bit of time in both provinces - and both did leave a lasting impression.

Update 071721 - a district style for the collection has been published. I didn't do it, but I'm totally for it and should have done it ages ago. Thanks!

All are meant to be colourful, historic low-density residential homes set close to the street, and as close as I can get to the building's overall footprint. Expect some back yards, but not too many front yards.

Decoration-wise, I will try to add as few props as I can to each house. This is mainly for the detailers who subscribe. If required, I will build prop packs to supplement them. Either way, everything you will need will be linked in this collection so it will be one download to work. If I do need something from another asset builder, I'll try to get their permission before it's added to this collection.
