Could you make it stop auto-equipping?

needs to be
Hat_PlayerController(GetALocalPlayerController()).GetLoadout().AddBackpack(class'Hat_Loadout'.static.MakeLoadoutItem(class'Hat_Collectible_Skin_Vinesauce'), false);
