Türk Atak Realizm Tugayı 2016 yılından beri varlığını sürdüren bir Tugaydır. Sistematiğimiz disiplinli işler, Amaçlarımız ve görevlerimiz vardır. Her askeri sınıfının bir özelliği bir amacı vardır. Piyade/İstihbarat/Sıhhiye/Mekanize/Teknisyen gibi askeri sınıflarımız bulunmaktadır. Sizlerin zevk alacağınız sınıflara girmeniz için eğitilmenizi sağlıyoruz. Bu birliğe giren öncelikle eğitim almadan önce Aday olarak kalır, bize bağlılık anlaşmasını tamamladığı zaman Kursiyer (Kurs Alan Asker) Sınıfına geçer, eğer 16 yaşından küçük ise Sözl.Er (Sözleşmeli Er) sınıfına geçer. Kişiye özel eğitim sorumlusu seçilir ve beraber eğitimini tamamlarlar. Bir kaç resmi eğitim ve görev atlattıktan sonra kişi Kursiyerlikten Onbaşı rütbesine terfi eder ve onluk sistemin ilk komutanlığını kazanmış olur.
