Fast Casting Mages

Description
Reduces Attack and Control spells' cooldowns by 2 turns, for Aerotheurge, Geomancer, Hydropsophist and Pyrokinetic.

Exception for spells having a 3 turns CD, they get a 1 turn reduction instead of 2, to prevent non-tactical spam.
Mages are finally a force to fear.

Doesn't effect NPCs' spells.

From my point of view, these Magic schools are underpowered, when trying to control and kill enemies : too many turns pass between each spell usage, forcing the mage to rely on his weak staff(s) to deal minor damage.
Melee characters can already deal massive damage even with their skills on cooldown, Hunstman does the same once on high ground, and necro's strength is great.

In comparison, mages feel Meh.

Note : I didn't touch the spells linked with other schools (for example the blood rain, linking hydro and necro), as I only want to buff the weak magic schools.
Same goes for healing and armor granting spells, they already are useful as is.

Constant stunning is really OP with these cooldown reductions. IMO spells that disable need a bit longer cooldown.

hey, btw nice support ;)
is there a chance to get a version without cooldowns for "main" spells? for example Fireball,Ice Fan or Electric Discharge ;)
...but the otherspells like your mod "Fast Casting Mages"
