Combat XP Rebalanced

Great mods for an Awesome game
10 items
Description
This mod reduces the XP gained when killing a monster, by roughly 3/4.

Do your characters quickly become overleveled, as you progress through the game?
Do fights become so easy, you can do them with your eyes closed?
Do you want a real challenge?

If yes, this mod is made for your : you won't be over-leveled anymore.

How does it work?
Let's take an example: an enemy gives 100 xp on death; this amount is reduced to 25 xp with this mod activated.

Note 1 : This mod is not retroactive; it won't take away the XP you already earned.
To see its full extend, better use a new game.

Note 2 : I made this mod to balance my other ones.
With "More Monsters' Spawns" and "Monsters Madness", a player gets 4 times more XP while fighting, due to the added enemies.
To balance this, I created this mod.

Compatible with existing save : Yes.

PS : if you'd rather nerf the XP gain by 50%, you can use this version instead :

(Both mods are obviously not compatible)

Frequently Asked Questions :

- "This mod is too hard, I can't win any fight".
This mod is meant to be played in Classic difficulty or less, it's not balanced for Tactician.
For new players, I advise finishing Act 1 first, to better understand the game's mechanics, before installing this mod on a new playthrough.

- "Can you make a version of this mod which does X instead of Y?"
I'm currently working on multiple mods and don't have time for personnal requests, sorry.

- "When loading the mod for the first time, my game takes a long time to load".
This is normal, you'll have to wait up to 10 minutes, but it'll only happen once.

Note : if you encounter a monster which gives Vanilla XP, please post his (exact) name so I can look into it.

@parkers there is already a version for that, it's called Tactitian Mode and it is in-game.

Your other mods have been updated for DE, but this one is not. I tried "Captain Wild"
Solution: Save, exit to main, turn off, confirm, turn back on, confirm, load. But it does not work, and it does not appear in the mod menu in game.

hey quick question. A friend and i are trying to play this and more monster spawns on honour mode but being slightly underleveled all the time is proving to be too hard. I was wondering how i could adjust the exp gain to be closer to 1/3 normal. I have a bit of experience in the div 2 engine.

yeah would be nice if it didnt spawn so many, but a bit tougher if that makes sense
