I'm banned in Steam Discussions, but here is the solution to your Cod Points Problem. You most likely reconnected your Activision Account to a new or different Steam Account. If you do that, Activision's system will think you refunded and that's why you got the negative points.

The only solution is to link your Activision account back to the original Steam Account and buy BO6 on that account. I know, it's a joke but that's the truth. A youtuber had the same problem and went weeks back and forth with Activision and they do not care.
