I love being a dictator 👍

Great game, I love the realism and the detail. Wouldve been nicer if you get the whole map for free but the map dlcs are worth it. I recommend New mexico map dlc.

Tycoon City: New York is a 2006 City builder game. You can place buildings decorate them upgrade them with trees etc.
The game is quite fun but you gotta save it many times cuz it will crash many times.
For a 2006 game this is an absolute masterpiece! Played this on my 2016 made laptop with gtx 1060 and 24 gigs of ram, no lag at all stable 60 fps. Theres also districts with different themes, like chinatown, little italy, midtown, buildings vary in those areas and get a different style that fits for the area.
