It may be an unpopular opinion, but I think this is the best game in the Arkham series. It is by far my favorite to play and I think that it feels the best. Arkham Knight truly brings everything full circle in the series and does so in a way that not only left me wanting more, but also feeling incredibly profound. So let's talk about the game itself. This game is graphically beautiful, it still looks great 6 years later and is even better looking then some new releases. Gotham is so fun to explore, from the streets and alleyways to the tops of skyscrapers and buildings. There are so many ways to explore this fantastic map that it almost seems uncanny how Batman can traverse the environment like this. Of course though we have the Batmobile which personally unlike many others I really like. I love the gameplay in this thing, it is so fun to zoom around the narrow streets or mess everyone up with all it's unique gadgets. I could see what some may not like it's role in a lot of the game, but I don't mind it as I do like it. Lets move onto the story of this game. This game's story is so epic that is actually had my jaws on the floor by the end. Even though I like Arkham City's story more, this one is great as well and the characters are at their very peaks here. There is such a multitude of them this time around that it seems like it is endless. This game truly has a great way of getting you involved with everybody and everything around you, doing all this stuff along side your main goals. The ending is truly something to behold and I won't spoil it here because I just want people to truly experience it for themselves. It is truly profound. All the assortments of DLC with different characters is great as well and left me satisfied after I beat the game. If you haven't played this game, do so. It is truly a fantastic gaming experience that I will never forget.

Talk about going out with a bang. I was literally in disbelief as Scarecrow revealed to the world Batman's identity. It is such an unbelievable moment, you know there is not turning back. That final segment with the Joker as well was amazing. The way Batman fought him back and even said his infamous catchphrase was awesome. I couldn't believe my eyes watching this ending. Protocol Knightfall was all that the game built up to and what a way to end this series, a depressing and incredibly moving way. I was on the verge of crying as Alfred opened that door for Bruce and they both knew what had to be done. I really hope Gotham Knights can live up to this masterpiece.

What isn't there to say about this game that hasn't been said a million times over? Nothing, because it's so damn good. I definitely can see why this is considered to be the fan favorite of the series by far. Gone are the days of the slightly less responsive and clunky combat of Asylum as this game has truly refined and improved from it's predecessor. Out of all the games in the series, this one by far has the best story in my opinion and it is at it's core all that Batman is meant to be and represent. There is nothing more iconic then that score that roars as you start destroying goons and thugs across the streets of Arkham City. This game's soundtrack is much better then Asylum's, not to say that Asylum had a bad soundtrack but this one has much more weight to it. It really is a memorable one. The characters in this game are fantastic as well, Batman, Hugo Strange, the Joker all at the top of their game. The Catwoman segments were fun as well and luckily they didn't take too much time away from Batman himself. This is the game that truly solidified me as a Batman fan and it's a masterpiece of gaming. Go play it.

That ending man, it really kicked me in the gut to watch my favorite character lay on the and cough his last breaths out of his Titan ridden body. Joker's death was the absolute peak of this game, I literally didn't believe he was dead until I started playing Arkham Knight. This game is so awesome.

I was never really a real Batman fan until I played this game for the first time last July. I liked the character, but knew nothing of him or cared. When my friend purchased the Arkham GOTY Editions for me, I wasn't expecting to like them, but this game blew me away. Despite being an older title Arkham Asylum is still one of the best Superhero games I've ever played. The story of this game is really good and the atmosphere of the whole island is fantastic. I don't wanna spoil much about this game since I had such a great time playing it and even though I'm late to the party by 13 years, I wouldn't wanna spoil this for anybody interested. Pick up this game if you aren't sure if you like Batman and let it help you decide. I will say my only complaint really is that the combat can be a bit clunky sometimes, but it isn't much of an issue once you get used to it and it's fixed in the later games. Truly a great start to this series.
